Losing Weight After Pregnancy – Is it ever possible?

Every women I know gain weight during pregnancy. Unlike superstars like Tori Spelling, Heidi Klum, Jessica Alba, Angelina Jolie and many more who seems to get back in shape without much effort, it does not seem to work to with the rest of us.

Some of the most common weight loss advices we hear are:

  • eat less food
  • eat breakfast
  • exercise more
  • eat smaller portion
  • eat less fat
  • eat your vegetables and fruits
  • eat more fiber
  • eat less fiber

The list goes on and on…..yes, how come you just cannot get rid of those postpartum weight?

Hey, remember. Losing weight after pregnancy is NOT the same as a normal woman trying to lose weight because she’s fat!
